About Tomoveout
The inspiration behind Tomoveout comes directly from our own expatriation experience. When we arrived in the host country, we had to equip ourselves with a lot of furniture and everyday objects. Fortunately, people who were leaving or leaving the country offered to buy most of their belongings from them at attractive prices. Then, when we ourselves had to leave the country, the pattern was repeated. We were able to resell the vast majority of our properties to newcomers who needed them. This transfer of second-hand objects has proven to be beneficial for all. This is the observation that was at the origin of Tomoveout. We realized that there was a real need there, both for expatriates arriving and for those leaving. Being able to easily sell your belongings and recover others at a lower cost greatly facilitates international transitions. Tomoveout therefore aims to connect these two communities expatriates, in order to simplify moves and promote the reuse of goods. Our own experiences have convinced us of the potential of this concept to improve international mobility.
